MOSH---PITS reserves the right to request a deposit or full payment before fulfilling any order if:

• the order contains more than 2 items,
• the order value exceeds EGP 2,000, or
• the customer has a low acceptance rate with Bosta (meaning the customer has previously placed multiple orders that were shipped through Bosta but were not successfully delivered).

order confirmation
once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp message to confirm your order. After confirming on WhatsApp, you'll receive we'll start packing your order. if you do not confirm on Whatsapp, your order will not be shipped (unless you paid your order online)

fast shipping

we ship very fast — most orders in cairo, giza and october arrive within 1–2 working days, with a maximum of 3 working days; other governorates take 2-3 working days, with a maximum of 4 working days. please keep your phone on and nearby to ensure quick communication and avoid delivery delays.

 

package handling
customers are welcome to open their package while the courier is present; however, we recommend opening it privately to ensure you enjoy the complete unboxing experience. note that you cannot take part of the package, either you take the whole package or refuse it ALL. (we're currently working on partial package acceptance.

delivery responsibility
once you confirm your address, it becomes your responsibility to receive the order. kindly keep your phone nearby to be able to receive your package ASAP.

يحق لنا طلب عربون أو دفع كامل قيمة الطلب قبل الشحن في الحالات التالية:

• إذا كان الطلب يحتوي على أكثر من قطعتين.
• إذا تجاوزت قيمة الطلب 2000 جنيه مصري.
• إذا كان لدى العميل معدل قبول منخفض مع شركة بوسطة، مما يعني أنه سبق له طلب عدة شحنات من خلال بوسطة ولم يتم استلامها بنجاح.

تأكيد الطلب
بعد ما يتم تأكيد طلبك، هيوصلك رسالة على واتساب لتأكيد الأوردر. بعد التأكيد على واتساب، هنبدأ مباشرة في تجهيز وشحن طلبك.
في حال عدم تأكيد الطلب على واتساب، الأوردر مش هيتم شحنه (إلا إذا كان مدفوع أونلاين مسبقًا).

شحن سريع
إحنا بنشحن بسرعة جدًا — أغلب الطلبات داخل القاهرة، الجيزة وأكتوبر بتوصل خلال ١–٢ يوم عمل، وبحد أقصى ٣ أيام عمل. أما باقي المحافظات فبتوصل خلال ٢–٣ أيام عمل، وبحد أقصى ٤ أيام عمل.
يُرجى إبقاء هاتفك قريب ومتاح لتسهيل التواصل وتجنب أي تأخير في التسليم.

التعامل مع الباكدج
مسموح للعميل بفتح الباكدج أثناء وجود المندوب، لكن بننصح بفتحها براحتك علشان تستمتع بتجربة الـ Unboxing كاملة.
يرجى ملاحظة إنه لا يمكن استلام جزء من الطلب فقط — إما استلام الباكدج بالكامل أو رفضها بالكامل.
(إحنا حاليًا شغالين على إتاحة إمكانية الاستلام الجزئي قريبًا).

مسؤولية الاستلام
بمجرد تأكيدك للعنوان، تصبح مسؤوليتك استلام الطلب.
يرجى إبقاء هاتفك قريب ومتاح علشان تقدر تستلم الباكدج بأسرع وقت ممكن.
