We can offer you an exchange providing the goods are returned within a 14-day period in an unworn. original and unused condition.
Please also note that returns are currently not free of charge and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return and delivery (to and from our warehouse) of any item bought.
Note that we do not offer exchange or refunds on items bought in any events/bazars or on sale items.

We ship all over Egypt! Shipping within Cairo usually takes 3-4 working days as of the next working day since you placed your order. Shipping to other zones in Egypt may take up to 7-10 working days depends on the traffic of orders.
